Is the female Agent MacKenzie Sam and Mac’s daughter?

One clever reader noticed this line in CONVERGENCE POINT. Could Agent MacKenzie who befriends the swamp pirates be a future daughter belonging to Sam and Mac? That is one logical explanation.
