CHANGE OF MOMENTUM… imagine your OTP!

To celebrate CHANGE OF MOMENTUM being out I thought it would be fun to do answer some OTP (one true pair) questions about everyone’s favorite couple in the Malik System.

Eats the last slice of pizza and is playfully ignored by the other until they apologize?
— If either of them stole the last piece of pizza they would not ignore each other, they’d probably spar, loser has to buy another pizza.
Gets into more fights with other people? Does the other care for them?
— Rowena. Always Rowena. Hollis can be very charming and talk his way out of trouble.
Tries new things that the other recommends and hates them but pretends to like them for the other’s sake?
— Hollis probably. Rowena will adapt to just about anything but Hollis has OPINIONS about hiking and camping.
Snores? What does the other think about it?
— Let’s be realistic, everyone snores and neither cares.
Wakes up first? Is there a reason why?
— Rowena, always because someone is paging her. She literally can’t remember the last time she woke up because she was done sleeping rather than an alarm going off.
Is horrible with technology? Does the other help them out with it?
— Neither is bad with tech. Rowena, being the engineer, is better but they can both handle tech.
Is first to apologize after an argument?
— Both characters are staring at me blankly. Apolo-what-now?
Is the clean freak? Does the other live like a slob or do they just not care as much about cleaning as the other?
— Both Hollis and Rowena are fleet officers and they keep their spaces very tidy. Hollis’s space looks more organized while Rowena’s space is more organic where things where she needs them and not where they look the best.
Falls asleep first? Does the other usually stay up or go to sleep soon after?
— Once they’re together, they usually fall asleep together. Rowena might drift off first. Hollis likes watching her sleep.
Goes out of the way to impress the other? What do they do? What does the other think?
— Hollis! He’s always showing off. Either doing something ridiculously dangerous or stupid and looking fantastic. Rowena just rolls her eyes.
Constantly quotes memes/vines? Does the other understand them?
— Hollis is more likely to quote Nishu books or anything else. Rowena does understand them but she wishes she didn’t.
Calls/Texts first?
– Hollis, he’s better at relationships anyway but Rowena tends to get lost in her work and will forget little things like dinner, or sleep, or date night…
Is more jealous? Do they tell the other or not?
— Neither is particularly jealous but Hollis will act possessive. He’s very demonstrative and loves a little (or a lot) of PDA. Rowena is amused anyone thinks they could win Hollis’s attention, she knows it won’t happen, but they’re welcome to embarrass themselves trying.
Plans all the dates?
— Rowena’s idea of a date is a sparring match with knives out. Hollis is the one who will actually suggest something that isn’t work related.
