Sometimes life gets a teensy bit hectic and I get around to posting things a wee bit later than planned. In this case, I was going to post about the ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS IS A CRYPTID Kickstarter to drum up some support, but we fully funded in the first twenty-four hours and we’ve sailed past the first two bonus levels already.
What’s in the Kickstarter edition of the book that made so many people go grab it on Day 1?
– His POV scenes… this is a bonus that only comes with the Kickstarter edition. If you want to see what the hero has to say, you need the KS edition.
– Bonus Books… get copies of short stories, other books, other All I Want For Christmas books. You have lots of options!
– Special Edition Paperback… you will be able to buy paperback copies from your local bookstore, but this will include the bonus scenes and an autographed bookplate.
– Special Edition Hardcover… these are library edition hardcovers with the cover art printed on the hardcover. These will also include the bonus scenes and an autographed bookplate.
– Fan Kit!!! (and fan kit mini)… with each All I Want For Christmas Kickstarter there has been a goodie box full of fun things related to the book. This usually mean an enamel pin or socks, a snack of some kind, sometimes a stuffed animal or other big goodie, maybe a soap, stickers or bookmarks, and then a small piece of art. The Fan Kit Mini comes with one small surprise item, the Fan Kit comes with two surprises!
The Kickstarter runs through 10-October and is already fully funded! If you’re interested in goodie boxes, bonus scenes, or signed swag, go get it while you can!
